Vip Not In Effect

Hello, I haven't logged on for a very long time and today is my first day in Vailor. My in-game name carries my VIP tag and so does my forum account but in the game itself I don't appear to have what is listed under iron VIP. Strangely I have started with 100 Minas as is listed under the coal VIP but I don't have any form of item pack, or if I do I have no idea how to see it, I am only carrying my Nexus.
