Crash Report - Need Help

Can anyone tell me what it means?

First, disable Conquest and see if that does the trick.

 

I believe CTM stands for Connected Textures Mod, a feature implemented in Optifine.

 

The option to turn it on/off is going to be under Options>Video Settings>Quality

 

Also, I recommend you update Optifine

Yup, it wasss the resssourccce pack. I dont know how to inssstall the 1.8.7 versssion to a 1.8 forge as forge has not updated to 1.8.7 yet...ssslowpokesss...
