If you are killed due to a bug then please contact a member of the GM Team or Administration Team so that we can fix it. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you with any of your things unless you are able to provide evidence that shows you actually had them items. We regret that we are unable to refund items without evidence, but there are many people willing to lie about things such as this to get items for free. You should take a screenshot immediately as a bug affects you.
