I make this post purely out of curiosity, I recently got the Windows 10 edition, because I have been getting errors on normal minecraft /ever/ since I upgraded to windows 10. I /think/ it's my old computer. Anyway, I was just curious on how the servers worked..And if we could /maayyybe/ get lotc to work..I tried and failed. Anyway..Thanks.. Telanir 6975 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Minecraft for Windows 10 is an entirely separate game from the desktop Java Minecraft that our server is compatible with. I recommend you return to the original Minecraft, as we are not going to be supporting the Windows 10 version, it is impossible as it runs on an entirely different architecture. wytch 870 Author Share Posted August 21, 2015 The problem is I /can't/ return to the original minecraft. It /will/ not run. Everytime I try to run it, it crashes and tells me "Your graphics drivers are out of date, please try again later.". Or something along those lines.. I would recommend updating your OS as well, finding any missing updates if you haven't done so for a while, if it's windows the launch up the update software, if it's OS X then find your OS update on the store.
