Decree Of Krinfrid; 1521

By decree of Magnate Hadrian Chivay, Count of Kreden; let it be known that upon the seventeenth of First Seed, 1521, the County of Hengfors in the north of the Commonwealth of Kaedrin has been dissolved. All lands that once constituted the County of Hengfors no longer fall under its legal jurisdiction, and the Vlenmyr Bog is absorbed into the Counties of Redmark and Kreden respectively.
 
Let it also be known that upon the seventeenth of First Seed, 1521; the County of Krinfrid has been established in the north of the Commonwealth of Kaedrin. Centered around Kaer Fledern, the County of Krinfrid shall hold mastery over the Aardwen Mountains, and also incorporate all lands formerly within the borders of Hengfors that lie north of Vlenmyr Bog.
 
Lastly; both Baron Arstan Bedell and Ser Foltest of Aeldin have been elevated to the title of Count, and are henceforth granted dominion over the Counties of Redmark and Krinfrid respectively. They are duly called forth to reaffirm their oaths of fealty to the Commonwealth and pledge their banners to the defense of Kaedrin in this time of war.
