The venerated society of the mali’aheral shall not entertain those who violate their most sacred traditions— and yet, for decades much has gone eschew in the Blessed City of Silver. Thusly all mali'aheral within the realm of Vailor find themselves Summoned to the City of Silver, noting that all crimes until-now determined all mali'aheral are deemed innocent of and thus may return to their Blessed Kindred with which they so seek to inhabit.

And so it shall be and so it has been done. The resurrection of our Blessed State has begun.

 

This extends into any and all acts of criminal acts upon another citizen of pure blood, or, in fact, any non-mali’aheral who are allowed within the territory. The Hieal'mali, upon its new ascension grants this amnesty to all elves, so that the wrongs of Laethis Izalith, and his vile regime, might be righted. It is noted that some, by necessity, will have their cases evaluated and denied by the Silver Council.
