What is roleplaying?: Taking a role of a custom character

What is metagaming?: Information that someone knows out of character that the character doesn't know in-character.

In-Character Information

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

Character’s name: Eryniel

Character’s sex: Female

Character’s race: Wood Elf

Character’s age: 18

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

Eryniel lived in a small cottage in the outskirts of Laureh'lin with her Uncle for most of her childhood and since her parents died the day she was born, she never knew about them at all. She would always help her Uncle with tending the fields and cutting down trees, but in her free time, she would practice shooting with her lucky bow on some wooden targets she carved from tree wood. Her Uncle always told fake stories about her parents going on adventures, but never told true stories about them and never told her what they were like, so Eryniel was always clueless about them and wished she had some memory of what they looked like and who they were.

In her little town, everything was peaceful until a group of men came and attacked and burned their cottage. It was a tragic scene. As Eryniel scurried through the fire to look for her uncle, as well as trying to escape the burning cottage, the whole house collapsed on top of her. She managed to pull herself out of the burning flames and rubble, and escaping from the fire. She called out to her uncle, but there was a faint reply. She ran to the nearest town called Oren to get help, but most of the inhabitants ignored her and thought she was making stories, until someone agreed to help. When they arrived, the fire died down and they both looked through the remains of the poor burnt cottage. Eryniel found her uncle dead. She knew no one could revive him. She broke into tears as she held her uncle's hand. This was  terrible moment that will never escape her memory. 

So now she is a wandering elf, looking for some clue as to who her parents were, who were the men who set fire to the cottage, and many more questions that will forever be asked. She is always alert and still pays a visit were the remains still stand of that little cottage she used to live in. She still holds close her lucky bow her uncle gave to her and still wears the scar on her face from that day.

Personality Traits: Kind- Hearted, Tomboy at heart, Always thinking of others. 

Ambitions: To learn more about her family.

Strengths/Talents: Skilled with the bow.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Close- Combat
