The Hunting Season begins

The horn of the Rex is blown, calling all Orcs of the Iron Uzg to his palace at Laz-Dur. As the mighty sons of Krug gather, the enormous Rex, Kahn'Braduk paces down the steps to the courtyard seated on the plateau. He addresses his people;

 

"Brothers and sisters! It is time we pay homage to Votar, spirit of the hunt. I now proclaim that the first Orcish Hunting Season has begun, go forth and bring honour to yourselves and your kin.

Glozug Votar!

For the Hunt!"

 

An official list of rules is pinned on a board in Gundz'koth for all to see. Ignorance is not an excuse for breaking them.

 

• The Hunters Code must be followed at all times, choosing not to will result in disqualification (https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/topic/134619-the-hunters-code/)
• You must take trophies to provide proof of the kill (RPly is fine, however if you can get items that will work also)
• If choosing to hunt in a hunting party, the hunter who achieves the kill shot claims the kill
• Frauding your kills will result in dismemberment 
• Once the Hunting Season has drawn to a close, you will be required to present your trophies to the Rex (To be done via PM on the forums, you will have 48 hours to do so)

The First Hunting Season is now underway, and will end on Saturday 10th of October

 

There is no registration, all Orcs are permitted to participate

 

Essentially what you will need to do is over the period of the hunting season, hunt as much as possible and achieve as many legitimate kills as you can. You can do this by solo RP-ing hunting animals, claiming bounties, doing event hunts and co, hunting other players, or you can come to me personally and I can organise some stuff for you. Quality and Quantity will play a part, so for example the person who kills, lets say the devourer (lol) will win over the person who kills two hundred boars. 

 

Keep track of everything you kill, make a definitive record, no "I think I did..." or "Maybe it was...", know what you hunted, or it does not count. It's not required, but making a forum post either as its own post or as a reply to this topic detailing your hunts will go a long way as proof, and will just be cool to read

 

Whoever achieves the most kills during the Hunting Season will receive a prize

 

If you hunt other players, respect their right to have fun and make it enjoyable for them also
