Issue with Character Creation

#Nature of the bug: Server asks for a name to the persona but does not respond when provided a name. There is also an applied slowness and weakness effect which completely disables movement aside from jumping.

#First occurrence: Approximately 2:30 pm Central time zone

# Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: Account was whitelisted, logged into game, joined server, was asked for persona name, bug occurred 

# What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally : I haven't the slightest idea

I'm not sure if this bug was ever fixed but I remember you couldn't put spaces in your persona's name during the creation, try using no spaces or replacing them with underscores (you can change it afterward too)? 

(ex. Bob Jones > Bob_Jones or anything without spaces and then /persona name <desired name> after)

There aren't any marks, spaces, or any sort of symbols in the name besides letters of the English alphabet

As a Manager I give my boy the permission to use his PEX, if any GM or Dev has a problem please send your concerns to me.

 

Hopefully the Tech team can get this sorted before it happens again
