Stuck in limbo, nothing works.

I was walking around one faithful day, when suddenly everything stopped working. I can't break blocks, I can't shift right click, I can't eat, I can't use items. My inventory was also wiped. The only thing I can do is go through portals, run around, and type in RP chat. Whenever I try to do any command whatsoever, I'm met with this:

Yea, its a rare bug. Got it myself just a few minutes ago actually. Unfortunately you just have to wait until the next restart for it to fix itself
