What is roleplaying?: To create and take on a persona as if that persona was yourself. To play a characters of your own creation. 

What is metagaming?: To use OOC information to influence you IC. Say you were being told to go with someone and your friend on Skype told you they were going to rob you if you did, and so you diddnt go that would be meta gaming as you haven't heard that IC and so would not be able to do that. It is just magoritivly to take a piece of info you gained through OOC means IE from a friend on skype to influence your choices IC and change what your character would have done

What is powergaming?: To control another character, to not allow them to make their own decisions. It is where you force them to do a certain action like *Grabs arm and stabs him*, you have forced a player to do a action that suits you not them. It is mainly where you take away all control of a characters actions that isnt your own character. It is to power their character into a situation that the player diddnt want to happen

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Charles Matthew Richardson had humble beginnings, he was the eldest son of a fishing plantation owner, near Felsen, and had a lack of real friends, his father was a large broad man who had no sense of humour and was cruel to his workers by under paying, over working and giving them unfair and unfit rent and property. This caused Charles to believe that this was fair to mistreat people with less money. He witnessed countless beatings of the poor or the defenceless, at the hands of crooks and goons. Many people were kicked out on to the streets when they couldn't pay for the high rent. He knew that any crying or begging would only lead to pain and anyone who was crying was weak minded, all of this caused him to gain a complete lack of compassion. 

When he reached the age of ten he went to school where he learnt social skills and learnt how to read and write, he could never make real friends as everyone in the school knew who he was and knew his father. This caused problems as no one wanted to be friends with the most monster of the plantations son, as a unfortunate result he cant survive in social situations. As he got older he grew a interest in the army's that he could see fighting the orcs and goblins, he knew he wanted to stand amongst them... he KNEW he was going to join. So he took up areas of education that could help him to become an officer: History, Mathematics, Many languages that he believed could help him in later life (I couldn't find anything on languages), Sword fighting, Unarmed Fighting and Archery. In language, History and Mathematics he thrived and to this day can use such skills, in the combat skills he was less good at but could still hold his own in a fight. He kept practising hoping to join the army and get a high rank high in the military. To fight side on side in the Dukes War

When he reached 18 he joined the ranks of the men and women in line of the Dukes war, fighting for what he believed to be a just and righteous cause. 

This stayed the same for a number of years, in fact it was only when he reached the age of 29 that he learnt something new. You see as the refugees came through the doors many wernt in the best of ways. Many were suffering from wounds that needed help and there were only a set amount of medics. Given his education he felt that he could help, it may give him some favour with his superiors. So he learnt some medicine, it was slow to begin with as many things are but he soon get better from watching the others, he soon because a medic extraordinary. The people he was helping often never saw his face due to high amounts of aggression. He would pull arrow shafts out but sew the splinters up inside.

When the time was needed he retired from his retinue of army life. Packing his bags he made way from his small fort into the open world. Hopefully finding his way to 

Personality Traits: A cold hearted man, can be over protected of those who have seen battle. Proud of his educated background, A snob and posh upper-class 

Ambitions: To see the world and not be killed

Strengths/Talents: Basic sword fighting, Basic first aid, a knowledge of history and languages. Good knowledge of maths and engineering

Weaknesses/Inabilities: A stubborn and prideful bastard, snobby and prudish when it comes to those he see's as lesser
