Hi, I used to play on this server about a year ago, then quit after some time. However, I would like to restart. Would it be possible for my account to be reset on LotC so I can make a new character?

You can make a new persona at will. (Have multiple, actually). Just do /me when you login, click an empty persona slot, and it should guide you through the process.
