GloriaPreussens 798 Share Posted February 4, 2016 Charter applications are only necessary for acquiring land outside of a nation, if you are requesting land within a nation, this is not how you get the land. Ask the leaders either in RP or OOC. You are expected to seek land through them first, before resorting to this application. RPly the land is within the Vandorian borders, right next to the capital in fact so as per rules this is just a formality for a regioning.
