What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is becoming another person other then yourself, and essentially pretending or acting as if your in another world and are another person. You are "Playing a role" of sorts.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is essentially a set of rules that are not actual coded into the server, but rules similar to real life. The knowledge your charecter has learn in their lifespan. that makes them who they are, an example found on the internet is "tricking Medusa to stare at a mirror when the character has never heard of Medusa and would not be aware of her petrifying stare"

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Power emoting, similar to Metagaming, is just another way to make a roleplay experience more like real life. It is essentially the same as in real life, forcing yourself into a more powerful position amongst other people. Rising to power, and honoring that power, as well as honoring the implied power of others in the roleplay environment.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore.): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Runa Seymour is a young adult High elf who was born and raised in Silver City. His father was killed in an accident regarding his magical studies when he was very young. His entire life, him and his mother, have lived a simple life, but he has always had a longing to delve into the art of magic that his father was so devoted to.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Runa has a deep craving for knowledge. He spends many of his days in the library reading books, and walking alone in the gardens with no one to accompany him but his own mind. He is a shy lad who enjoys knowledge and admires people who help others with no agenda, only out of the goodness of their heart.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Runa aspires to be a wise wizard some day. He wants to help people, He does not have a thirst for battle, But he wants to use his magic in any way he can to help other people.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Runa is very smart, he is very good at learning, teaching, and problem solving. He is very good with people and their manipulation.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Runa needs to work on his courage, his ability to do what needs to be done. He also needs to work on his magical studies more and turning them from knowledge, into real action.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Runa is a clean shaven, blonde, shorter then average, thin man.
