The First Census of Celein

Posters are put up throughout Celein, and notices are distributed to every household, as well as many of the visitors who would find themselves in Celein. Beneath the posters would be stacks of citizenship applications pinned, as well as boxes for them to be submitted into.

 

 

Citizens of Celein, today we announce the first Census of Celein. Though we have a roster of a great many citizens already, this roster is muddled by those who no longer show their face within our glorious city-state.

 

As such, if one wishes to retain their citizenship, they must fill out the census form within one elven week, or face their citizenship being revoked. Revocation of citizenship would also mean eviction from one's homes, and thus all current residents need to fill this out. We do this both to update our files on citizens, as well as ensure that we can fill all vacant homes in an orderly manner.
