It shall be known that the Council of Lorraine has appointed Mehmed Sungur as the Lord Regent of Lorraine. He is now in charged with the administration and governance of Lorraine. It shall be known that this regency will remain until his Exalted Grace, Lothaire d'Amaury, comes of age. The Lord Regent calls upon the Lords of Lorraine to meet with him at Summerhall. May GOD bless his path.
