Biography

Kyanne was the second child born to two elves in Silver State of Haelun'or, and the only female amongst her four siblings. When she was a toddler, she was very much afraid of interacting with other people, deciding to communicate only with gestures. Even now, she still communicates with gestures when she is in an uncomfortable situation. Her parents eventually decided to introduce her to neighbours and others in the community. Their family was very tight-knit, oftentimes taking certain days off the month just to catch up with one another or meditate together. She loves her siblings and her parents very much, from following around her older brother to singing to her younger brothers before they would go to sleep.

 

It was by following her older brother around that she was able to experience the rest of the world and interact with people. It was because of her brother's adventurous nature that their family travelled across the lands to the Isle of Sanctuary, also known as the City-State of Celein. Once, during an excursion, he was singed by an overactive flame. Kyanne rushed for the nearest healer, and was promptly amazed at the treatment her brother received. This is where her fascination with magic and healing came from. She spent days on days searching for everyone capable of healing magic in her community. There were times when she would come across someone being treated, and she would watch with great focus, inspired by what she saw. She one day dreams of studying under a teacher, and practising until she too becomes a master of healing magic and is able to teach and provide treatment to those around her. She is currently living in Laurel'lin, under the Dominion of Malin.

 

Personality Traits: Aside from her fascination with healing magic, Kyanne enjoys singing and performing. She often sings to her two younger brothers, and to her close friends. She is very lighthearted and kind, with a childlike disposition. Trusting and naive, she tends to assume the best of people when first meeting them. She is endlessly forgiving and nurturing to anybody younger than her, often forgetting that she too is considered a child. When placed in an uncomfortable situation, it is difficult for her to think clearly-- so she resorts to gestures until she feels more comfortable.

 

Ambitions: Kyanne aspires to master healing magic and work as a teacher and a healer. She has never had problems with focus because of her family's fondness of meditation and self-reflection.

Appearance: Kyanne has light blonde hair that extends past her waist. She has a soft, slender figure with obvious curves. She has next to no scars on her skin, and her facial features are very feminine and clean. A spray of freckles covers her nose, the tops of her cheeks, and her arms. She has striking, innocent stare-- her blue-gray eyes seem to always have a kind expression. For an elf, she is rather short, only standing at 5'8".
