Concerning Non-Traditional Races

I couldn't really find an appropriate forum to post this in, so I guess the Off Topic forum would be the best place to stick this.

 

Some time ago, I began playing on this server during my free time. I enjoyed it, despite the occasional random attacks. I was in and out during that time as it was quite the busy time during my life. After spending time on here for a bit, I got pretty into DnD too. I found an old skin folder I had for here and decided to check it out again. I knew the server was long lasting (2011, I believe?) but even after the decline of Minecraft it is still going. During my off time after work when I am not doing anything else, I might take a swing at this again, so I logged on (still had my old character and everything with an inventory, which is crazy. My character would probably be like 2000 right now so I just gave away whatever relevant items I had and killed the character off) and checked things out. I never really had another character on the server, but I kinda have to make one now, I guess. The original application is attached below, if anyone cares for a read.

 

After doing a bit of reading on the wiki, I decided I might see if I could try one of the unique races. Constructs/Golems looked really appealing to me, even though they are not completely driven by their own purpose. Plus, it seems like one I wouldn't really get murder hobo'd on or be driven to do anything crazy. I did run into a few issues though. There were no real wiki pages that I could find on the mentioned locations and there appears to be no forum to apply, so I was wondering if these races were no longer (or temporarily) unavailable for the time being. If so, I guess I could roll with one of the base races.

If you are looking to apply to be a construct, or golem, you would need to have been created by a golemancer like myself or any of the other folks running around with the accepted golemancy app.

I see. I was assuming that we would write a general story then a directive. That makes things simpler. Is there perhaps any listing for those who are requesting a golem character or any character in general? Also, thanks for the quick response.

Usually when people search for a player to play a child, construct, relative, etc, they either post a status update or within the Off-Topic Forum. If nobody is looking for anything right now, don't lose hope! Always keep your eyes peeled, for a new topic tends to pop up every so often c:

Not really. Most of the time folks looking to play a golem will seek out any of the golemancers to ask if they'll make them a golem character.
