[Meta] Church Overhaul

It's ridiculous that people would complain about the Faith being too similar to Catholicism because it shares an administrative structure with it (High Pontiff, bishops, deacons, etc.). Humans live in the Holy Orenian Empire, governed by a Holy Orenian Emperor with assistance from his privy council. Beneath the emperor are a series of dukes, counts, and barons in a standard feudal arrangement. Some significant locales of the nation are Lorraine, Courland, and Savoy. Over the course of our history, segments of the playerbase were members of the Teutonic Order (who worshiped Celestia, yes, she was a horse goddess), and the White Rose (led by the Chivays, and which became the Temerian Company during the Exodus). We call our knights 'Ser', a term exclusive to ASoIaF, and among our noble houses have been the Hightowers, the Stauntons, the Ashfords, the Mallisters, and the Blackmonts. This list goes on. The Church's activity problem has nothing to do with "originality".
