Issued on the 14th of the Grand Harvest, 1569

 

By order of the Grand Mayor of Felsen, Bradshaw Grey, the man known as Sebastian of 16 Wayrest Lane is hereby wanted for the following crimes:

 

• Cannibalism

• Murder

• Assault

• Conspiracy to commit murder

 

He is to be brought before the Felsen Watch where he shall be tried for his crimes. His possessions in the city and seized by the government, and his home a crime scene unavailable for purchase until further notice. Any citizen with information of him is encouraged to come to a city official, or a member of the Felsen Watch to give a report.
