CowsGoMoo 267 Share Posted December 28, 2011 No! Right is never right, but in that case left is right, but left is right which is never right, so that means none of them are right, so then it means it's left? But left is right... Gaaaah
James Undercroft 129 Share Posted December 29, 2011 No! Right is never right, but in that case left is right, but left is right which is never right, so that means none of them are right, so then it means it's left? But left is right... Gaaaah Translation into understandable language: Right is never correct, which means that left is the correct direction. Left is not the direction of right, which means that none of them are correct. (<-- Contradiction, Left is not the direction of right, but left would be the correct direction), so it means it is left. Left is correct.
pi4t 6 Author Share Posted December 29, 2011 Well, Skyrim had the same effect as Oblivion. I'll try to remember to actually update in future after hurrying you up with your responses :) 334 After a few miles, the track becomes tangled and overgrown, until all trace of it has completely disappeared. The ride becomes slow and difficult as you strain to avoid the bogs and potholes of this moor. After several hours you reach the edge of Durenor forest, and above the ferns, you notice a tall watchtower. A spiral of smoke rises lazily from a hidden chimney. If you have the Kai Discipline of Tracking, turn to 98. If you wish to enter the forest and investigate the tower, turn to 115. If you wish to ignore the tower and search for a forest track, turn to 291. We do not have tracking, so what are our plans? Investigate the tower, or not? CowsGoMoo 267 Share Posted December 30, 2011 Yes! To the creepy trap riddled, monster infested, rotten flesh smelling, slimy and blood covered tower of DEATH we shall go~
pi4t 6 Author Share Posted December 30, 2011 Hi, CowsGoMoo, good to see someone else posting in the thread. Didn't notice another page of responses again, but I think Lucas's second post was just translating yours, rather than his actual vote. If I was wrong then tell me, and we'll go back and turn left. Also, if you have trouble remembering to check, Lucas, you might want to consider subscribing to this thread. It sends an email to you whenever new posts appear since you last checked it. I use that, plus the fact that google mail has a download which automatically tells you when you have new mail, to tell me when I need to post. Or I can just PM you, if that's simpler. pi4t 6 Author Share Posted December 31, 2011 115 The area around the watchtower door has been cleared of foliage, and the ground is well-trodden. You are looking for a lock or keyhole in the iron-clad door when it suddenly opens. Standing before you is a Knight of the White Mountain, a broadsword held in front of his face. 'State your purpose and mark your words well. My steel will be my answer if you lie!' If you wish to tell this knight the true purpose of your mission to Durenor, turn to 80. If you want to lie about why you are here, turn to 324. If you want to draw your weapon and attack the knight, turn to 162. Well, he's a Knight of the White Mountain, those ones who always tell the truth. Or, of course, he may just be impersonating one...Either way, what is our response? pi4t 6 Author Share Posted January 6, 2012 80 The knight sheathes his broadsword and ushers you inside the tower. You follow him to a large room at the top of a flight of stone steps, where a log fire blazes warmly. 'If you are who you claim to be, you must be in possession of the Seal of Hammerdal. Show it to me,' he orders. If you wish to show him the Seal, turn to 15. If you do not have the Seal, or do not wish to show it, turn to 189. We do still have the Seal, but do we want to show it to him?
