Dreek 1633 Share Posted August 14, 2016 Penned by the hand of the Grand King On the 19th of the Grand harvest, 1572 For the satisfaction of his people Drynn Ireheart, First of His Name, Grand King of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and Tribune of the Urguani People, Sovereign of the Dwedmar and Vicar of The Brathmordakin, Lord of Kal’Nikaer, Protector of the Edict and Eleventh Grand Champion of Urguan, bearer of the Relics of Urguan and Mouth of Urguan On the subject of ‘Holding Court’ and the opening of the Deep Roads. With our city completed, our Legion slowly beginning its reformation, and the city’s tavern beginning to build its stock for opening day, I have decided that the Kingdom shall designate several stone hours each day to ‘Holding Court’. This time shall be a period of several stone hours dedicated to allowing the populace to come to the Grand King and relay their complaints and make requests for the furtherment of their clans and the overall health of the Grand Kingdom. It is imperative that every voice is heard, and if your request or question cannot be answered on the spot, an upper councilman will take you aside and tend to you. A secondary reason for opening this time for association with the Grand King and his council is to allow a chance for all Dwed to meet and socialize with one another, and their leaders. It is the hope of both myself and my advisors that all Dwed take this opportunity each day to seek out their government to not only lend their voice, but to engage in informal conversation with each other and the Grand Kingdom’s leadership. The hours for this occurrence shall last between the 16th stone hour and the 20th stone hour.(4pm est-10pm est) In addition to this meeting of the peoples, I have decided that an exploration team shall be made and sent into the Deeproads beneath the city. Our aim in doing this is to discover what encompasses the opening area in the Deeproads, and whether it is inhabited by any otherworldly creatures. Eventually, we shall explore more, but a base camp is necessary for further investigation. We invite all Dwed and members of the Edict to attend this grand exploration. We shall begin to gather at the 17th stone Hour, and leave shortly after. (Gather @ 5pm EST, leave shortly after) May these decisions improve the quality of a Dwed’s life. May these decisions lighten the burden upon the shoulders of the people of Urguan. NARVAK OZ YEMEKARR NA NARVAK OZ DA THRUMMAZ.

What day will the venture be, and would it be allowable for me to join the expedition? I've experience wandering dangerous places and it would be a good subject for research." -Signed Scholar Tenshar Karkun //ooc: Didn't see a date, I can only assume its tomorrow
