Bug With Soulstone Pillars

The 1 soulstone pillar I'm allowed for diamond VIP was destroyed to be moved before I was able to do the command to revoke it. I now am given this whenever I try to imbue a new pillar even though I don't currently have a pillar.

 

 

I made a modreq and they said they couldn't do anything so I'm assuming a tech would have to sort this???

Hm. Perhaps this is the bug I am experiencing? I also cannot make a new redstone pillar although I am iron VIP. (EULA says they have to be available for everyone apparently.)
