Definitions:

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is is when a person acts or  assumes the role of a fictional character, players are encharged of creating a story and also making desicions.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when a person uses information that the character is not meant or wouldn't be able to know. Information that comes from outside of the RP wold that whould let a character know everything about a topic or other's character situation or life.

What is  power-emoting (powergaming)?: Power-emoting  is when the character pretends to have impossible or characteristics that a character would't be able to have, that would give to the character very special abilities. Of coure this is not allowed because another character wouldn't know how to react to this or also because it would make a character very superior in comparison to another.

In-Character Information

 

Character’s name: Lavissa Renaeh  

Character’s sex: Female

Character’s race: Elf

Character’s age: 18

Biography : (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore.): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Lavissa was born in a big city named Lin'sulan. She comes from a very important family in the society known for they're ancesters that were warriors, magicians, sailors, etc. She was born in Haelun'or, to be more exact in it's capital Lin'sulan, a prosperous Elven city in 1556. When the Summer came 2 ships arrived in The Cloud temple Docks, The Elven citizens could't recognize those sailors as they had never been seen before in the land, the oly thing that the citizens were sure was that they were Dark Elves due to the tone of they're skin and the shape of they're ears. They were thieves that wanted to take some Elves to they're land to use they're magic and resources. The Dark Elves' was looking for a young lady to marry, he found Lavissa and wanted to force her to marry him, so the next day at dawn her parent'stook her to the docks, they helped her scape in a small boat. After sailing for several days she saw a land, it was an elven city; named Fi'Cer where she had some relatives, they knew that she would be safe there. After 3 days that they left the boat on a shore Lavissa was told to find a relative that lived on there, but this time alone because her parentes had to return to Lin'sulan to defend the city. Once in the city she received help from some elves. She spent some weeks there with her relative until she was told that the Dark Elves' leader was looking for her so she would have to go further from home to be protected. Lavissa was sent to another city named Linadria, it was also an Elven city but the thing is that she was diferente from everyone due to her pale skin tone and golden hair. While she stayed on Linadria sherecieved help andwived with three dryads that were old friends of her parents. Every morning she would go to the library to learn more about this land, stories and legends, etc.

One day when she was near a lake in the outsides of the city an Orc from Gorkil  that was hiding in the forest kidnapped her and took her to a desert, they took her as a hostage to threaten the elven comunity. She could scape after being helped by an Ent. Therefore Lavissa wanted to learn how to use the old abilities from her ancestors to have contact and communication with plants, animals and forest spirits (It's a dream that she has), principally while she was living in Linadria with those dryads that would be pleased to help her, suddently after returning to the city she recived a letter from her parentes telling her those Dark Elves were defeated and retunde to they're lands. After 7 weeks Lavissa returned to Lin'Sulan motivated to learn how to use her elven abilities. And now her adventure is going to begin.

 

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Lavissa is kind, peaceful, friendly, generous and sometimes a very sensible elf. She likes to walk in the woods to have contact with nature and also seat on the beach to see the sunset. She likes rainy days. She is vegetarian since she is one with nature so she eats vegetables and fruits, but mostly fruits. In her spare time she likes to read, principally books about magic because one day she wants to be a great magician. She dislikes fighting or arguing with other people or staying in the dark for too much time. AShe is an Elf she admires other races and loves to know and learn more and more about they're cultures and society.

 

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?)  She wants to be a leader to help people , a recognized Elf of great importance, someone to be remembered. She also wants to be a great magician.  She wants to find her true love as well, although she does not think that she will be able to find. (she reads books about magic and she always gets fascinated.) 

 

Strengths/Talents:  Lavissa is a really good archer and also a really good hider. Known for her great memory and cleaverness. She's a musician as well, she likes to sing and a lot of people describe her voice like the sound of a gentle breeze.

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) She in not really good at fighting with a sword, she needs to practice.

 

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Lavissa's skin is quite pale and bright like the Sunrise, she has light blue eyes but sometimes in the sunlight they can look greenish-jade. Her hair is Golden like the sun and long and wavy in the tips. Normally she wears long dresses, jewels and sometimes flower crowns. She doesn't have scars. She is not as tall as other Elves, she is quite petite. A lot of creatures feel attracted by her beauty and by her way of being.
