A foreword, As of four years and four days ago, His Holiness Sixtus IV did decree that Ser Guy Owyn excommunicated from the Holy church of the canon, for his actions against our Holy mother church, and against Sixtus IV. . . . The Declaration and Reasoning, As of this day, shedding the name Guy and being known only as Owyn of House Horen is hereby absolved of his excommunication granting his eternal soul salvation in the afterlife. For the past four years, ‘the Penitent’ Owyn of House Horen has spent his days secluded in prayer, begging forgiveness before GOD for his sins against the church, fasting and practicing autoflagellation to show his unwavering will to be welcomed once more into the church of canon, and to once more find acceptance before GOD. His extraordinary piousness has not gone without notice from the Church and its Vicar, for they have spent long hours in deliberation on the state of Owyn’s soul, and its eternal fate. . . .A Conclusion For the Glory of GOD and the fellowship of the Canonist Church, in these presence, hereby welcome Owyn of house Horen to salvation of the Seven Skies for his zealous prayer and penitence before GOD and the church.
