Capital Applications for Construction and Regulation, 1579

Issued and Confirmed by His Imperial Highness, the Archchancellor and acting Lord Regent Leopold of Marna, 16th of Snow’s Maiden, 1579

Imperial Retiree Program Act, 1579
MODIFIED FROM THE ORIGINAL JCP RETIREE PROGRAM
In order to assist the hard working bannermen of House Horen in raising proper families, a human member of the Sovereign Order of Alstion may petition the Imperial Office of Administration for a government provided farmstead after 8 years (2 Saint’s months) of active duty service.

Soldiers must have signed paperwork from their brigade commandant stating they have fulfilled 8 years of active duty service. They must also provide their citizen paperwork. Class A and Class B citizens are both eligible for a farmstead. The Imperial Office of Administration is not obligated to provide livestock along with the farmstead nor is it obligated to provide furnishings.

Notice for all residents of the Noble District

Henceforth it will be enforced that only those of noble birth will be allowed to purchase a home within the noble district. All of those who do not meet this requirement will have one saint’s week to leave or they will face eviction and their belongings will be confiscated.

To elaborate further:
Being a Burgher does not equate to being of noble birth
Being an individual of wealth does not equate to being of noble birth

Having private property transferred to an individual does not equate to being of noble birth

Guild Construction

All guilds seeking the construction of a guild hall will need the approval of the Ministry of the Interior. Guild leaders must follow build specifications and must also pay an initial fee to the crown, price ranging depending on the scale. Any unregulated building can lead to consequences ranging from a large fine to formal eviction.

IN NOMINE DEI,

His Excellency, the Imperial Archchancellor Prince Leopold of House Horen, first Baron of Senntisten and Knight of the Imperium Quintus
