Skills not improving.

So recently I've been trying to improve my Chef skill but the XP bar is stuck at 133:

This has not only been happening with my Chef skill. While I was farming I noticed that the bar didn't move at all there either,

so I've been stuck on 133 for the past 3 days. I made a modreq and they told me to make a post here.

 

Is there any way to fix this, or am I just stuck on 133 forever on this pers?

There's an option to choose whether or not you gain Exp, I'm pretty sure. Go through /sk, go through the /me option tabs and just look around to see if you accidentally disabled it.

/me ; Click persona and you will see an ender eye. Tell us if it says on or off.

Ah, thanks! I didn't realise it was off, turned it on.
