You cannot become a special race through just an application because personas are not born that way. You would have to become a Wraith or any of the other unnatural races due to circumstances through RP. Once your character is changed, you can apply for a creature application. I suggest interacting with other Wraiths RPly and becoming close with them if you want your character to become one. Just make sure not to meta-game their information. Vaynth 3005 Share Posted December 3, 2016 Here's some Wraith lore if you'd like to read up on it. Though, your character has to learn about this in game through role-play progression.
