Should make a mini modreq that ET members can complete for low tier damage (Since they already complain about having nothing to do).

A bad idea, as ET members are not there to moderate, and may allow things that shouldn't be allowed! Most GMs will however ask an ET builder for help, should they need it when editing a region.
