An Amendment to the Codex of Light

To clarify the boundaries and regulations of Norseth'onn citizens practicing magic within the Dominion, an amendment shall be added to the Codex of Light under the Law of the Dominion of Malin. The amendment follows after Section Five, and highlights the consequences of the misuse of magic in sister cities.

 

Section Five - Magic

      6. Violation committed by a citizen of Norseth'onn of another Principality's Codex in regards to the legality of magical arts is prohibited, and is punishable according to the severity of the reported delinquency.

Range: Whipping, banishment, fine, public service, suspension of studies
