A Call to the Legion (1/29/17 - 5pm EST)

19th of The Grand Harvest, 1596

 

 

 

Gror Ireheart enters the Legion hall with a grin, his blood stained blade secured in its sheathe and his battle-worn armor freshly battered by the swords of the Deeproad inhabitants. He approaches the podium with a salute to his legionnaires.

 

"You have made us proud today lads!" he says, his voice echoing throughout the halls. "We faced the beasts o' the Deeproads an' returned victorious. Now, we come to the discussion of the next Legion trainin'. We will gather our soldiers in the next stone day in the later part o' the day. I expect to see as many o' you there as can attend. Honor will be handed out to all in attendance accordin' to our honor system." the Grand Marshal steps down from his podium. He approaches the formations of legionnaires in the hall. Bringing his fist to his chest, he salutes the soldiers. Without hesitation, the plethora of legionnaires return the salute coupled with a shout that shakes the room "Narvak oz Urguan!"
