This would be written in four books, one would be infront of Oliver's office, another would be on the counter of the Sutican library, one would be in possession of Tajo and the other would be in a super secret location for Mylas to find.

The Lion, The Zebra, and The Vulture.

On the Isle of Asul from the Dreadlands to the Sultanate of Haria

Prologue

Most lions live in grasslands and/or open woodlands, so for me the isle of Asul was the perfect place for this journey. There are wide open grasslands teeming with life, and the beautiful woodlands are perfect to set up camp. I went out on this journey months ago and spent that time collecting my data, I can not say how long it has been since I have seen the grove. I observed a pride of lions as my predator, a harem of zebras, and the occasional vultures that would swoop by to pick off the remains left by the lions.

The Lion and The Zebra

I have noticed that while the lionesses do occasionally hunt down the weak stragglers of the zebra harem, the lions rely more on following the vultures to other predators kills, thus making them a scavenger as well! I have also noticed yet another oddity, the male lions stay behind and watch after the cubs while the females go hunting, there are two males in this pride and five females. The zebra walk in a pattern, they move to new grasslands throughout the seasons, often moving from one watering hole to another over the course of the months. This was not that astonishing, as the zebra’s diet mainly consists of vegetation.

The Vulture

I have found out many interesting things about these peculiar animals, such as though they are quite large birds, they are very cautious of other animals. Usually they circle the dead prey for thirty minutes to an hour after the lions left the carcass. Though they wait this time, after the first vulture hits the carcass they come raining down like hail, oblivious to anything happening around them. These animals can eat rotten meat and not get sick, I have seen them eat a carcass that had been left out in the sun for hours, the belly was bloated and flies plagued it. After they devoured the carcass, rotten flesh and all, they were fine in the days to come.
