Lefty 1696 Share Posted April 8, 2017 Legion Decree Mandate from the Obsidian Throne, 6th of the Grand Harvest, 1606 By order of Grand King Bastion Ireheart, it is hereby decreed that Oyvind Frostbeard shall take on the role of Grand Marshal of the dwarven Legion, replacing Gror Ireheart. We thank Gror for his many years of stoic service to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and invite him to discuss with the Grand King or his representatives about future employment within the nation. The role of the Grand Marshal, as defined in the Articles of Urguan is as follows: To maintain order and peace during times of peace in the Grand Kingdom. To appoint and maintain the Legion of Urguan. To advise the Grand King on the nature of war. To lead incursions into enemy territory. To govern and organize conquered territories until peace has been made. To create and maintain an active policing force in the Grand Kingdom. To carry out executions upon criminals.
