What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when someone uses out of the game knowledge in roleplay, usually to benefit themselves.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Power-emoting is when someone forces actions on another person without permission and usually without realism.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Julian was born in the city of Aleksandria in the merchant district. His father was a merchant and his mother was a  tavern wench with a low paying wage. Due to this, the family relied heavily on his father’s income. At the age of nine, Julian woke up to a loud groan and loud banging noises against his door. He rushed down home in the middle of the night to see the disturbance and saw a gruesome sight. His drunken father, stumbling into the home covered in blood and reeking of alcohol. Later that morning his father succumbed to his wounds and he passed away, leaving his mother to inherit the remaining properties and money left in his name.

 

The death of his father hit Julian hard and his self esteem was at an old time low, but with the remaining inheritance of his late father he sought out his own destiny, an ambition. He left the Kingdom at the age of 17, leaving his mother to herself in search of wanderlust and his future. There he stumbled across the city of Mardon, which was a new and thriving settlement on the Island of Ausl. He took up a traders post as a job and worked towards acquiring a home to further his fathers merchant business. He gathered enough funds and set up trading lines with craftsmen in the distant Kingdoms, one being a jewel crafter in the Kingdom of Lorainne. This is where he is left off now.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) He likes to trade, haggle and get good bargains on crafts that he can trade. Has a habit of being obsessed and or too tunnel visioned on an ambition. Dislikes thieves and murderers.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) He aspires to be wealthy and have a good merchant business!

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Trading and getting contacts with craftsmen.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Never used a sword, not weak but not entirely strong either.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) 5’9, ginger hair, dark brown eyes, tanned skin.
