Biography;

 

Thorik was born in 1491 at the city of Kal'Karaad, not long after the peace between the Kingdom of Akovia, Mardonic League, the Dwarves and the orcs. The war was bloody and had taken the life of his father after he was ambushed by a pack of orcs while defending the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, this left Thorik without a father and would instill a deep hatred of the Orcs which to this day has never truly left him. Only 1 year after the end of the war Thoriks mother took her own life, rumour has it that she could not take the loss of her beloved husband and thus he was adopted by his uncle. His uncle was a strong and stubborn man but he took good care of Thorik and became the father he never had. The family belonged to the ancient and proud Ireheart clan and so naturally his uncle taught him in the ways of combat, which he had learned in his times at war. At the age of 20 Thorik finally got to test his ancestry prowess and training, from his uncle, when the war between the Dwarves of Urguan and the Orcs of Iron Uzg began. Thorik and his uncle joined the legion and took part in many skirmishes and battles, including the battle of Kal'Eknar where he saw his uncle be cut down on the battle field leaving him alone in the world. for 2 more years he battle against the Orcs trying to enact revenge on the species that destroyed his family. Until finally the war came to a close and the peoples of Athera were forced to migrate to the Isles of Vailor after a cataclysmic wormhole destroyed the majority of Athera. During the times of after the resettlement of his people on the Isles of Vailor Thorik joined the legion in times of war but became a miner in the years of peace where he would spend hours every day mining in the deeps of the world for precious jewels and ores so that he could make a living until the migration of his people again to the Isle of Axios. Now that Thorik has migrated to the a new world he is ready to return to his martial past and finally journey to the highest peaks of the dwarven mountains with the other Ireheart newlings and collect a feather from the rare Ire Raven and seek vengeance again the Orc race as he blames them for all the pain and death that has befallen his family.

Personality Traits: Thorik takes from his uncle and has become a stubborn dwarf, even by dwarf standards. After many years of battle and lifting a pickaxe for hours every he has become exceptionally strong  

Ambitions: Thorik wishes to finally journey to the top of the dwarven mountains and complete his newlings trials by catching a feather from the Ire Raven 

Strengths/Talents: Thoriks strength lies in his fighting and bravery. He isnt a scholar who reads books, they never interested him. fighting was in Thoriks blood     

Weaknesses/Inabilities: His weaknesses are his immense stubbornness and his lack of intellectual curiosity. Thorik is not a stupid dwarf but he lacks the finer qualities of an academic individual      

Appearance: Thorik is a 4 ft 2 in, 220lb ,Brown hair, Deep blue eye dwarf with a long scar from his right cheek to his left eyebrow.
