What is roleplaying?: The use of an in-game persona who the player controls to interact with multiple situations.

What is metagaming?: Gaining information you wouldn't know in character, such as knowing about a player is a creature with outside sources, remembering events before the player's death, etc.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Excessive wording and making your character seem unkillable. It creates an unfair advantage over others such since it can overwhelm another player without much resistance. It also makes a player's strength limitless and fictional.

Biography: 

Awen, born to the Kha'Cheetra subrace, was alone. Born sometime in the 1610s near the former lands of the Holy Orenian Empire, she never saw another one of her kind til she was far into her formative years, almost an adult, but this did not deter her from her ways. Raised amongst others abandoned by their kin, they lived told to not speak, for they were different, in ways they would never understand. Elven children who were short, orcs who could write and perform magic. They were too different so they were kept away from the world they existed in. But Awen was never detered. She was fast, and learned to think faster than the keepers of her orphanage. 

 

 On her 17th year of life, she carved a knife of stone, and ran. While the orphanage owners defended themselves from those from Courland, she capitalized upon the fighting ran them through, the silencers, and heard the voices of her fellows for the first times, and despite they hearing hers, she had become to accostomed to her muteness. After months of wandering and hunting, and discovering their silencers were believers in a long dead empire, they finally found home in Sutica, amongst those who did not care what they were. However, Awen felt the need to learn more about the world, and set out to explore, and find out what it was she was good at, what made her special. After learning well how to talk without using excess of words, she set out, to the fresh to the world she was denied around her, ready to begin her journeys, with her first goal to find more of her kind and learn more of the goddess known as the Daemon.

 

Personality Traits: She's very fidgety when talking with strangers, but kind to her close friends and family members.

Ambitions: A small, quick rogue who can get out of situations easily.

Strengths/Talents: Loves to read novels, gather materials and equipment. Awen is curious so she likes to wander about exploring different regions.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Cannot wear heavy armor and is not able to speak for a very long period of time.

Appearance: A female Kha'Cheetra that's 5'4 with jade colored eyes and light brown spots.
