The New Lord Regent and the Queen inform the Nobility of the realm that the King is taken.

Dear citizens of Lotharingia, it saddens us- the privy this day to inform you that our beloved King Hughes Pierre I has been taken captive by the Romstun Horde. Thus until his safe return, the Right Honourable Lord Rosencrantz Ashford de Falstaff shall take on the mantle of Lord Regent.

This War is yet to be concluded, and we shall have your best interests in heart.

-The Royal Court of Lotharingia

This missive is sent out to all the denizens of Lotharingia, and given public proclaimation in the Metz square.

How vile. I had thought Lorraine had more class than this.."
