Thatpyrodude 2008 Share Posted August 1, 2017 AUTHORIZATION ACT, 1622 Issued and Confirmed by His Imperial Highness, Philip Owyn, Prince-Regent of the Holy Orenian Empire, 15th of Amber Cold, 1622. TO OUR BELOVED SUBJECTS, The Imperium Sextus has seen rapid expansion through war and might, and thus war has seemingly become imbedded into Imperial culture as of late. Recently, more and more brave human men have begun to take arms in service to the realm, desiring to make their own mark on history through bravery and prestige. However, with this influx of soldiers, arises potential confusion and/or future problems via the failure to uphold imperial values or interests. Thus, the Authorization act seeks to remedy these problems by proclaiming boldly that NO FUTURE MILITARY ORDER IS TO BE FORMED WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE IMPERIUM SEXTUS. It is right and proper that such permission is necessitated, for orders/levies must act within Imperial Law and must be provided permission from his Imperial Majesty to properly, and efficiently execute its tenants. Furthermore, no knightly order is to be formed within the Imperium Sextus without the additional consent of the Grand Knight. The order of the Red Dragon is by default the Order which is sanctioned by the crown, and thus all Imperial Knights are to conform beneath its weight. With Imperial Letters comes permittance, thus those granted land by his Imperial Majesty by default are authorized with the ability to form their own levy/order. However, Excluding that of the Imperial Crownlands (as all land remains directly under the crown), vassals themselves are able to petition the formation of additional levies/orders under their jurisdiction. CURRENT APPROVED LEVIES/ORDERS ARE LISTED AS FOLLOWS: IMPERIAL JOHANNIC BRIGADE KNIGHTLY ORDER OF THE RED DRAGON THE NAUZICAN BRIGADE ROYAL ARMY OF HAENSE THE HONOR GUARD OF LORRAINE THE DAELISH ARMY RELOURIAN BRIGADE Should confusion arise, it is requested that vassals/petitioners send a letter directed to his Imperial Majesty for clarification or approval. For the Strength of Our People IN NOMINE DEI, His Imperial Highness, The Imperial Regent Prince Philip of House Horen, and Knight of the Imperium Sextus
