First off, no idea if this is in the right section or not, if not, apologies.

Anyways, I'm not really sure how all this MArt stuff works, but if someone who knew sensory illusion found someone who knew Enchanting, could they create a ring that when worn, would make the bearer feel calm? And if this is possible, but not via the way I described it, could you tell me how?

To my knowledge, sensory illusion combined with enchanting of any type results in the item connecting to the mind of the affected person, thus creating the illusion. Utilizing phantasms, a ring calming people down would work.
