Meek, simple papers torn from the whole may be found scattered about the many reaches  of the world; camps, settlements, cities, and so on have these small notices posted upon message boards or others forsaken in alleyways or upon the road. Each handwritten somewhat sloppily and in plain black ink is the following:

 

"A CURE FOR BLINDNESS

Bring your blind before the blue man in Mordhelm; New Devirad; New Veris. Ask for Cosi. The blind will be cured."

 

And without a word more, a signature, a stamp, a seal, writ of authority or any other marking the papers are about, loose or pinned, all reading the same in similar loose penmanship.
