What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is to pretend you are someone you dont, for example: I can be a 6 years old little girl, but ingame i can be 70 years old giant orc.

What is Metagaming?: Metagaming is using info you foundout out of character, in character. For example: ooc a friend told you that Bob killed Joe, but you character doesn't know Bob killed Joe, so he cant use this info.

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Powergaming is to force something for example: *Bob slices off Joe's hand* You cant do that, its power gaming. You must add "attempts*, or "Tries": *Bob TRIES to slice off Joe's hand".

 

In-Character Information:
 

Character’s name: Dalrik.

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Mountain Dwarf.

Character’s age: 27.

Biography: Dalrik was born at 1620 to Dwalin, and Velvlat. at the age of 3 an elf killed Velvat, Since that day, Dalrik would hate this elf. Since then Dwalin and Dalrik travelled around the world, mostly because they wanted to see the wold, to learn new talents and to get new friends, but also to earn money. They travelled 8 years, in that time, Dwalin taught Dalrik alot: How to hunt, to fight, to make weapons, and to cook. After those 8 years, bandits kidnapped Dalrik, and made him a slave, with many others. They were around 40 dwarves, between the ages of 11 to 20. They mined all day long and barely got any food. It was like that for 3 years, until, they decided that those bandits have to die. Secertly Dalrik and his slaves friends made weapons with the ores they mined, and trained in fighting so one day they'll overpower and defeat those bandits. A day before they planned to start fighting the bandits, Dwalin and a group of 10 dwarves rushed in and killed all of the bandits. When Dwalin saw Dalrik's weapons he understood, that his son, is a fighter.

after a year of more traveling in, their friends abanded them. The next day they accidentally stumble across that same elf which killed Velvat. They killed him without even thinking, and saving his head as a souvenir. They ran off from that village and settled down at an human town, they opened their own blacksmith and sold weapons, for 6 years They made those weapons, and fought against each other in order to train. 1 day, they decided to open their own mercenery group: "The Defenders of The Mountain", in the lands of atlas, next to Santegia, and The Council of Hammers kingdom, they started building their fort.....

Personality Traits: Dalrik is bossy, he likes to be the leader, and tell other people what to do. He is also daring, afraid of nothing, will take risks. Meticulous, he is very careful and detailed.   He is tensed, never relaxed. Greedy, Dalrik wants all of the money he can get. He is stolid, he will never show what he feels. He also loves to hunt. He also loves to hunt, especialy wolves, mostly because they love to fight back, he also loves fighting, mining and eating.

Ambitions: Dalrik wants to become a General in his father's mercenery group: "The Defenders of The Mountain".

Strengths/Talents: Dalrik is very strong, fighting, mining, finding animals, blacksmithing and  . 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Dalrik is selfish, eats to much, he has no friends, lack of habits, trains too much, he has anger issues . 

Appearance: Dalrik is a 1.28 meters tall, an hidden scar under his beard from a wolf, brown-ish hair color, most of Darlrik hair is his giant beard. He has blue-gray colored sharp eyes. His hands are big, and his face is serious. He has the general look of a fighter, a badass.

I advise changing your character's name to something more original, as Thorin has been used many times and relates to the LotR Thorin. There are many dwarven name generators that you can use to gain an original name.

 

Biography

While this isn't compulsory - I advise having your character avoid having a hatred towards elves and having a revenge based story, as both aspects are very cliche in regards to applications. You can still use such, but be aware they are very common and does not make your character unique.

 

Personality

Please write a paragraph that describes your character's good and bad personality traits, such as if he is gentle but has a notorious anger issue. Friendly tip - do try and have the personality link to the biography (such as explaining why he behaves in a certain manner because of his past.)

 

Strengths and weaknesses

Write down at least three strengths and three weaknesses; one being physical, mental and emotional strength/weakness, as this will help define your character's strength in mind and in terms of personality rather than fully having physical strengths and weaknesses. Please do not list the traits either, and ensure they relate to your character's biography.
