After walking outside of his keep he receives a letter from Lady Aldyth of Ostmark that she heard of cloaked men rushing inside the Leeuwenhof fort where Lord Eimar was. As Arnaud waited behind a tree down the road between Fort de Vasilie and Leeuwenhof for the men to exit to figure what’s going on. While waiting for a few hours he sees the men carrying an unconscious Lord Eimar, his liege, followed by Lady Leila Rubens, as Arnaud sees this he’d begin to follow the bunch that led to Sennistan.

 

When arriving in Sennistan he walks inside the palace only to see many Renatus men along with, Crown Princess, and the Marshal of Renatus waiting idly for Eimar until he is placed in front of them. Arnaud would stand idle in shock as he saw the royal family watch one of their biggest vassals be decapitated in front of them.

While Arnaud was a mere teen he was a ward under Lord Eimar becoming his vassal after the death of his father. As he grew he became more attached to Lord Eimar seeing him as a father than a liege lord, as Eimar gave him everything needed to help grow his family.

Arnaud in anger would unsheathe his blade yelling at the hooded men to face him until they turned towards him swords drawn. While Arnaud stays strong in a defense he would easily be taken down to the grow tied up as there was too many of them. When being dragged out of the palace he’d watch his liege, his father figures, the dead corpse lay upon the floor as the royal family watched.

 

The Baron would be untied forced on the ground in front of the palace facing the Archbishop Yurii of Haense. After being called unfaithful and a traitor to faith Arnaud would be knelt idle before being beheaded by Mariusz while the Marshal of Renatus and Leila Rubens watched. As the young lord fell to the ground with his head rolling down the steps of Sennistan the capital would grow silent for all to hear of the horror that has come forth to this day.
