With permission from my peers at the Crown Council, and my rights as the Designated Regent of Ghanyah - I hereby declare the enforced Regency of Juumane M'Baku. Within our rules, Regency remains an option to a young ruler who has made questionable decisions. For a Negus who is under the age of eighteen in human years, Juumane being sixteen, it is necessary for his Advisor-Regent to teach the young ruler the accustoms of the nation aswell as lead for whatever allocated time he is given. A regent is granted equal power of the ruler during Regency, with the prime purpose of upholding the legacy of the Ruling Dynasty - but they are not allowed to lead in any other autonomous activities.  My peers of the Crown Council shall act as my advisors during the duration of my Regency.
