By order of the Auditor of the Realm, the following decrees are put in immediate within the City of Markev…

 

• The construction of underground rooms, such as basements, are hereby banned unless given specific permission by the Office of the Auditor,
• All present construction of underground developments, including city works, is to hereby be stopped and the party responsible for its creation to report to the Office of the Auditor,
• The construction of additional external rooms and buildings above-ground are hereby banned unless given specific permission by the Office of the Auditor,
• And all present construction of housing developments is to be hereby stopped and the party responsible for its creation to report to the Office of the Auditor.

 

There protocols are to remain effect till otherwise deemed necessary by the Office of the Auditor or by change from respective legislature. All questions and concerns may be asked to the Office of the Auditor, located in Markev, Haense.
