Azoth Hawksong strolls down the main street of Caras Eldar with a stack of papers underneath his arm. Arriving into the main plaza, he swiftly nails one of the parchment pieces prominently to the nearby board. Underneath the parchment he sets down a box with a stack of forms. With a happy grunt, Azoth starts back off towards his newly acquired and renovated office. The parchment reads as follows:

Dear Readers:

 

The Socari Company of Caras Eldar will now be accepting any and all raw materials and assorted goods from our local population. These goods acquired by the Socari Company will be paid for directly by us to those who bring them to us. They will then be traded internationally through the governing body of the Dominion of Malin. Any and all income from the sales of such will also be directly given to the Dominion government as well. Below is a small form for those seeking to trade in accursed goods they find too plentiful or too difficult to sell in the current economic climate.

 

We thank you all sincerely for the aid and we hope to begin international and domestic trading as soon as we account for our goods and price them accordingly. We hope to hear from you all soon.
