Establishing the Nordengradic Mining Corporation


The Earldom of Nordengrad does formally establish the Aristocratic Corporation of henceforth known as the Nordengradic Mining Corporation. Henceforth to be referred to as the N.M.C. The N.M.C shall be divided into one hundred shares of ownership. Of these, seventy four will be allocated to the Earl of Nordengrad. Of the remaining one hundred shares. Thirteen shall be allocated to Gdm. Alexander Leydon. The final thirteen shall be allocated to Gdm. Bodin of Nordengrad. The three aforementioned parties shall retain their interests in all mining enterprises In addition only the N.M.C, its employees, its members, and its customers shall be allowed to exploit the mineral wealth of Nordengrad. Those exploiting said minerals beyond the jurisdiction of the N.M.C shall be held in contempt of the Nordengradic Charter and charged as appropriate.

 

The N.M.C shall retain exclusive access to all mining and refining operations within the confines of the Earldom. The N.M.C shall issue mining charters to those enterprises and individuals who seek to utilize their premises for mineral extraction or refinement. These charters shall be issued to the relevant parties in exchange for a payment of thirty two marks. Of this revenue each sale shall render unto Gdm. Leydon and Gdm. Bodin a four marks respectively. The rest of the sum, some twenty eight marks shall be go the majority shareholder, namely the Earl of Nordengrad.

 

Properties

The following properties and industries are acknowledged to fall under the ownership of the N.M.C and its collective shareholders who shall retain ownership equitable to the portion of shares owned.

 

  1. The Blackshard Mines,

  2. The Blackshard Refinery

  3. The N.M.C Offices

 

Corporation Affairs

For the purposes of governing the corporation all corporate decisions shall be conducted via a vote. With each corporate share receiving a singular vote in the decisions of the Corporation. No individual can be compelled to sell their shares by a corporation vote. All sales of N.M.C shares will be the result of a negotiation conducted between the two parties. No sale may be made to a party foreign to the Earldom without the consent of the majority of shares.
