The Forge

All around the dwarven lands, posters would be hung upon the walls. In taverns one could see them placed on the tables, a beaten up goblin would be handing them out to passers-by. The poster would read as follows:

Dwedmar, kadanar'ur'Urguan! Raeghor Ghalamoruk'th kadrel aina'nairon'keovid kadros. Kolun voz keovid tira, harath oz Kal'Tarak.

The poster would have the sigil of the Forgemaster of Kaz'Ulrah.

Translation of the dwarven text: "Dwarves, sons of Urguan. Raeghor Onyxheart and the Forge are looking for Forgelings. If you wish to work on the Forge, come to Kal'Tarak!"

Any dwarf who wishes to work as a smith or forgeling should look for Forgemaster Raeghor Onyxheart (UnStone).

The smiths will be required to RP craft items, such as weapons and armor, but also siege equipments and furniture etc. They should be inventive in nature, as roleplay crafting requires imagination and possible solution-making.

The Forgelings will take part in smelting and forging roleplay, studying and researching different alloys. They are also required to fill out the smelting orders of the kingdom AND the smelting orders of the outsiders. Smelting for dwarves is FOR FREE, for anyone else it costs. Forgelings are also required to make charcoal for the Forge in the tree farm under the Forge, to keep the Forge full of fuel.

Any dwarf who does not hold any knowledge on smithing or forging will be taught on spot by the Forgemaster and/or appointed teachers.

Any dwarf who wishes to teach smithing will be given an appropriate position by the Forgemaster and will also be co-working with the Remembrances. Dwarves, wishing to become teachers must present a work of art, impressing the Forgemaster. It can range from a sword to a battering ram (The work MUST include smithing/forging work to be done on the project)

Any workers will receive payment according to their work.
