[!] A royal proclamation is spread by flyer throughout Sutica, and on some message boards along the road, clearly for the sake of being open.

“I, Trade Princess Lily Helenson-Anarion, grew listening to tales from the motherland, from which all our history comes.

Tales of Aegis.

My father, Midnus Anarion, Once Leader of the Holmes, Gecko Druid,

Child of Laurelin, told me and my brothers and sisters many tales of that land.

When he ran The Holmes, a watch group that defended the roads from those who would take advantage of people,

their headquarters sat in the spot it had for centuries. Directly next to The Whispering Isles.

He lead The Holmes in protecting both the road and The Isles.

Over three centuries, over eight eleven years past, my blood protected The Whispering Isles.

It is my will that the tradition will be upheld once more.

We once again find ourselves atop a great river delta, where the warm waters whisper through the sands of our home.

On this day, The Ninth of Snow’s Maiden, 1708,

I, Trade Princess Lily Helenson-Anarion, do declare the delta on which the  City of Sutica rests and extending

into the Southern Sea to be The Whispering Isles. May it remain under our protection for as long as we inhabit this land.”

[!] Signed in gold lettering below was the following print.

“Long Live The Freedom Of The People! Long Live the Anarion Blood!
Long Live Sutica!”

((OOC: I got permission from Fireheart for my character Midnus to have told my character Lily stories about Aegis and Asulon as a child.))
