Silver and Crow

issued on the 19^th of The Deep Cold, 1719

 

 

The Terms, agreed upon by both signatories, are as followed:

 

[ I ]:    Both parties recognize the irrevocable sovereignty and independence of the other nation. If this sovereignty and independence is contested or threatened, they shall protect one another, with nothing less than the full extent of their military and political authority.

[ II ]:    Both nations commit to adhering to a strict non-aggression pact, refusing any and all calls to war against either of the two nations.

[ III ]:    A policy of free trade and travel shall be enacted between the two nations. No customs shall be applied to any exchange between the two nations. The citizens of both nations shall be permitted to freely and safely travel within the borders of both nations.

[ IV ]:    The Principality of Cresonia will provide The Silver State of Haelun’or with a crate of wool, leather and mutton each Elven/Saint’s Week. The Silver State of Haelun’or will provide The Principality of Cresonia with a crate of iron and three prime Haelunorian gems (diamond or emerald) each Elven/Saint’s Week.

[ V ]:    The Principality of Cresonia will freeze and reject all communication with the Princedom of Fenn, to which The Silver State of Haelun’or will freeze and reject all communication with the Rajdom of Thyra.
 

 

Those signed beneath pledge their names and respective nations to the terms in unanimity,  bound by blood to the oath in which they commit.
