VIP Upgrade Problem

I’m having an issue with upgrading my VIP on the server. I would like to upgrade to Diamond, as I am currently Gold, however, when I go to the store it only says I can upgrade to Coal. I purchased it on my first account and I had it moved to my current account when I lost access to the first one. That may be the issue, but I’m not entirely sure.

You’re right it’s most likely because a GM moved your vip but didn’t “grandfather” you in the plugin as it’s called.

idk if there’s anything I can do to fix it. Might be a Tythus thing

Alright, good to know I was right. I’d like to get it fixed if possible, but if not, I’ll just stay at Gold. It’s not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience
